We are a group of runners who want to give back to the running community as guide bunnies. Assisting others so they can enjoy running just as much as we do. Running is for everyone, and we are here to help with that.
We are called Guide Bunnies because we are part of White Rabbit Pacing. White Rabbit Pacing is a non-profit organization that provides pace bunnies at local running events around the Maritimes.
Why Use Guides
Being visually impaired and running can sometimes be difficult. Running in large crowds at events, a pothole that blends in with the road or running through a park where the scenery is all the same. These are some of the challenges that a visually impaired runner goes through. They’re passion for running is so strong, they take the risk and run anyway. We are here to help change that.
Hi. We are Guide Bunnies. We assist the Blind and visually impaired as guide bunnies at running events so that they can enjoy running just as much as we do. We work directly with the visually impaired to help raise awareness and find runners to guide them.
